All of our photographs are copyright and they may not be reproduced in any format (hard copy or electronic) without the express written consent of MoFoTo. We will usually give permission to reproduce photographs, for a fee. However, if you want a photograph(s) for charitable/club/class purposes we will often either reduce the fee or drop it altogether depending on the circumstances.

Under no circumstances should you reproduce any of our images until you have our written permission in your hand. MoFoTo will take legal action against anyone who infringes our copyright.
No order will be processed unless accompanied by full payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to J.L.Rainey.
